Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. All Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@hwresort.com.au
2. If a cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund minus booking fees.
3. If a cancellation is received 28 days and more than 7 days from arrival date 50% refund minus booking fees.
4. If a cancellation is received 7 days or less no refund will be given.
5. We regret that no refund can be applied to early departures for whatever reason.
6. Full payment for online booking is required at time of booking.
7. A surcharge applies to all "card" transactions.

Third Party Bookings:

Bookings made via a third party must be cancelled via the same agent eg Expedia.com, booking.com
