Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. All Cancellations must be received in writing to admin@hwresort.com.au
2. If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued less an administration fee of $30.
3. If a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given
4. We regret that no refund can be applied to early departures for whatever reason.
5. Full payment for online booking is required prior to arrival. 
6. Minimum three night bookings for Easter, Minimum of two night bookings for long weekends.
7. A surcharge applies to all "credit" transactions.

Third Party Bookings:

Bookings made via a third party must be cancelled via the same agent eg Expedia.com, booking.com
