Reservation/Booking Policy: All bookings must be confirmed with credit card details.
- All online bookings require full payment of booking at time of reservation.
- All direct bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a deposit, we are unable to make you a reservation.
- The minimum deposit payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Balance of booking to be paid on arrival.
- Arrival time between 2PM and 6PM or by prior arrangement. Late check-in needs to be arranged in advance.
- Departure time is 10AM, unless late check time is prearranged.
- Sorry, no pets or trailbikes are permitted.
The Happy Wanderer Holiday Resort will debit my credit card or invoice me) for extra costs arising from my stay (including but not limited to: non return of key ($40), damage to or loss of property, extra cleaning (carpet $250), smoking or cigarettes butts in cabins (min $300).
If any guest or member of a group or family is disturbing other guests, engaging in inappropriate behaviour or damaging property, management reserves the right to terminate the stay without notice or refund. In addition not paying for the account in full is a criminal offense.
